Instructions for Presenters

Oral Presentation:

-   Check your presentation date, time, and the hall you’ll make your presentation, 

-   Presentations should be prepared as Microsoft PowerPoint (ppt. pptx) files,

-   Please check with technical staff in the room you’ll present if your presentation includes videos or voice recording to avoid any problems related to copyright restrictions,

-   Please ensure that your visuals uploaded to your presentation file, 

-   We suggest you to use standard fonts, sizes, and colors, 

-   Presentation time is 15 minutes including Q&A. So we suggest you to NOT to exceed 20 slides,

-   Deliver your presentation to the technical staff of the meeting room at least 2 sessions earlier before your presentation session starts,

-   Present yourself to the chair of your session before the session starts.


Poster Presentation:

-   Posters should be prepared in size 70x100 cm (portrait) and printed by the presenter,

-   We suggest you to use fonts, sizes, and visuals that participants can easily see and read from a common social distance, 

-   We suggest you to include the NanoTR logo, title, name, and affiliation of authors, introduction, methods, results, conclusion, references, and acknowledgment in your poster, 

-   You have to show up and present your poster during your poster session. Un-presented posters will be removed from the book of abstracts, 

-   We suggest you to mount your poster on Monday morning if you’re presenting it in the 1st Poster Session: Tuesday 06 Sep. and remove it at the end of your presentation. 

-   You have to mount your poster at least in the morning if you’re presenting in the 2nd Poster Session: Wednesday 07 Sep.

-   All un-mounted posters will be removed by the staff to the trash as there exists no capability to store and keep them safe.
